We use seasonal local produce, modern cooking techniques, and the deep and rich flavours of Minoli’s Sri Lankan heritage, to bring you flavour packed Sri Lankan food like you’ve never tasted before. A hidden haven in Darwin city, Ella is tucked away in a quieter, unassuming, and welcoming pocket of the CBD. Designed by Scott Bagnell, the space will transport you to Ella, a hidden jungle town in the Hill Country of Sri Lanka. With a flair of Tropical Modernism, the space is designed to step you into the home of Minoli, where nothing is an afterthought.
